Polisi Nyabu Dapat Narkoba dari Kasat Memo Ardian

Timurposjatim.com – Mantan Kanit III Satresnarkoba Polrestabes Surabaya Iptu Eko Julianto dan dua anak buahnya, Aipda Agung Pratidina dan Brigadir Sudidik mengakui kerap mengonsumsi sabu-sabu. Mereka berdalih untuk menggali informasi dalam proses pengungkapan kasus penyalahgunaan narkoba. Pengakuan itu mereka sampaikan saat diperiksa sebagai terdakwa. 


“Saya saat undercover dan masuk ke jaringan juga harus memakai narkoba karena tuntutan kerja untuk melakukan tangkapan besar,” ujar Sudidik dalam sidang di Pengadilan Negeri Surabaya,Kamis (25/11/2021)
Meski begitu, Sudidik mengeklaim bahwa dirinya tidak sampai ketergantungan narkoba. Sebab, dia hanya mengonsumsi sabu-sabu saat melaksanakan tugas saja. “Saya hanya berobat ke dokter karena merasa takut bisa menjadi ketergantungan,” katanya.


Narkoba yang ditemukan di kamar Hotel Midtown saat penangkapan ketiganya oleh Paminal Mabes Polri diperoleh dari mantan Kasatresnarkoba Polrestabes Surabaya AKBP Memo Ardian. Narkoba jenis sabu-sabu itu merupakan barang bukti dari kasus narkoba yang tersangkanya melarikan diri. 
“BB (barang bukti) diberi kasat Memo. BB sabu itu asalnya dari penangkapan Ari Bimantara yang kabur dan saya ikut terlibat,” ungkapnya. 


Agung juga mengungkapkan keterangan yang sama. Yakni, narkoba itu diberi Memo. Tujuannya, untuk pengungkapan kasus. “Sebulan sebelum kejadian dikasih Pak Memo untuk undercover. Mengenai anggota lain dikasih juga atau tidak saya tidak tahu,” kata Agung.


Sementara itu, Eko mengatakan, narkoba yang menjadi barang bukti itu tidak dititipkan di tempat penitipan barang bukti karena belum ada tersangka. Menurut dia, tidak ada batas waktu polisi membawa barang bukti narkoba selama tersangkanya belum tertangkap. 


“Kalau BB yang belum ada tersangkanya akan menjadi temuan untuk pengembangan mencari tersangkanya,” ujarnya.
Ketiga polisi yang menjadi terdakwa kasus penyalahgunaan narkoba ini menyesali perbuatannya. Mereka berharap majelis hakim memberikan hukuman ringan. Sebab, mereka mengonsumsi narkoba itu untuk kepentingan pekerjaan. “Dengan kejadian ini kami bertiga sangat menyesal,” kata Eko.


Ketiga terdakwa sebelumnya ditangkap saat pesta narkoba di kamar hotel. Dari penangkapan itu, Paminal Mabes Polri menemukan narkoba berbagai jenis. Di antaranya sabu-sabu, ekstasi dan pil Happy Five. Jaksa penuntut umum Rakhmad Hari Basuki mendakwa ketiganya dengan Pasal 112 dan Pasal 114 Undang-undang RI Nomor 35 tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika. (Tio)
